I've been here once with my family, 7 of us. The owner come to receive us, we've choose the table, ordered the drinks and food, all fish, my favourite was the Bors soup. The portions where big, and good. The waiter was always nice, and give us attention. All together was around 100€. To be honest it was cheap . Will return as soon as will be back to the city. - ordered a coffee and a beer, waiter forgot it. asked for it again and he said "oh, another one?"- spoon was dirty, asked for a clean one and no apology was presented.- waiter forgot the fries, "but you never ordered them". no apologies againFood was ok, but didn't taste like fresh local food, but rather freezed foodAs a plus, the garden is very nice.
First this restaurant is not in the city of Constanta!!! It is close to the ruins of the citade...
Don't eat cooked locally, probably meal again from tomorrow. Mediocre compared to other cherrie...
