We visit this branch a lot when we are take day trips to Llandudno (weekly at the moment) and daily when we stay in holiday cottage. My husband and I love it here with our 3 small dogs. Popped in for a coffe light snack lunch time. A rain showet caught us, no idea wher to go, saw the Nero sign, headed there! Its the same working formula for every place, so the only thing that will stand out is service. It wasnt too busy, just right. Had coffee, tea toasties. Service was terrible, the man who works there in a trainee barista t shirt was so rude, barged...
