Rang ahead to confirm they would deliver for my birthday party. After placing a $250 order they said it would be 75-80 minutes. Rang back after 80 minutes to collect order if they haven't left and they hadn't even started order. 15 of my guests who are locals were very disappointed and I missed out on my birthday party.
