Potbelly - Coon Rapids

What Kathy Lind likes about Potbelly:
we had a catering order that was dropped by the delivery service...but Lorenzo Logan picked it up and made it happen by delivering it personally....and saving my meeting!!!!! cudos to his customer service...something that is lacking in today's society....cant recommend them enough....and by the way...food was fantastic View all feedback.

Very good food. Every time, however, this visit service was terrible. The sandwich Maker was great, but the worker at the counter was very rude. Her nails were very long and dirty. And when I ask Her for a bag she just handed me one I also asked her what a dream bar was. She said she didn't know. The sandwich maker however did pop in and answer my questions.
