Their menu has the option to make their hot drinks cold for an extra charge. I ordered two iced coffees but they charged me for two cold brews. When I pointed it out, the barista said that an iced coffee is a cold brew. See the thing is, an iced coffee is just regular (hot) coffee cooled down and poured over ice while a cold brew is done by steeping the coffee cold (no heating process).
