This was our first time to visit the Biltmore hotel and we loved the grounds and the buildings and peaceful atmosphere. The food was great we had the Miami spice menu and the snapper was wonderful and my wife had the ribeye and loved it although she couldn’t finish it because it was quite large. Overall we would love to return to Fontana and maybe even book a room next time View all feedback.

Very disappointing. It took an hour to get our ducks. Several other tables (we counted four) came long after us and finished their dinner well before us. I asked about the manager TWICE. She finally arrived with our food without apology. She said she didn't know how long she had taken, and it was really our fault to have ordered the lasagna that needs more time. Really?? We must!
