I love my Starbucks in cordova. The people their are always super nice and friendly. If your drink is made wrong or not to your satisfaction they have no problems remaking it. I am their literally every other day. A lot of the barista make sure they memorize your order so they already know what you want when you enter the store. I love service with a smile. I don't understand it, but for some reason, everytime I go to this location, they ALWAYS fudge up my drink order! They used to be top-notch. I don't know what happened. It's aggravating to wait in line for 10-15 minutes, or even place an app order, pick up my order, just to go back there for them to make it correctly! Whoever takes the orders needs help ????
