they are sooo slow, they do not serve a person at a time, they serve no one. the people are waiting literally, even if no one is served as they make other food, very under personal, restaurant was full empty tables, but they say they have to be allocated to a table, why? it was half empty, let them just find the people their own table, their bad process made so much harder than it had to be, only the person who serve...
