Been going to the Hi B on and off for about 15 years. Everyone knew about the grumpy owner who didn't like phones. A lot of time has passed and now the phone thing, which was never as big a deal, is being enforced in an exaggerated way by the kids that work there who scream at you if they see you take out your phone, backed up by a load of people that admit they've never been there before who are just taking part in...
