The 2nd time eating at a KFC in 2 months. I got the chicken sandwich and fries. I would prefer this sandwich over the othe popular chicken sandwich. It was bigger, crispy, and better flavor to it. I will be back. View all feedback.

It's absolutely horrible. Service was trash. Chicken was so hard you couldn't bite through. Spoke to management that was a joke. Called and spoke with customer service they took it seriously until refund time, then didn't even give a refund for the whole cost of chicken. I just wish we would have gone somewhere else. It was one of the worst experiences at a fast food restaurant we have ever experienced. View all feedback.
