I was the only one who had to give up my order. After I was ignored by all staff for 15 minutes, I was told that someone will be with you. They were rather focused on closing the store in half an hour instead of taking my order. It may have been a busy day but the crew was off. Dirty tables, received my root beer in a take out cup instead of a mug, I asked for no condiments on my whistle dog and they said there are none but when I got it there was a ton of relish (which I hate). Usually A&W is great but my only visit in 2022 left me wondering why so many staff was on but dipped the ball a lot. View all feedback.
