So pleased I gave this restaurant a try. Been to St ives many times and passed peppers and never really fancied it. I am a little angry that I passed this by so many times as the meal was brilliant and service was excellent. Not been here before in many visits to St. Ives, so picked this for a birthday meal. From the start service was “relaxed”. Food was ok. Confit duck was nice. Pasta bake I think was microwaved as it was scalding hot in places but cool in others. Cannot comment on anything more as the request for dessert menus etc went on deaf ears for 20 minutes so we just paid and departed. Nothing said about the menu non-appearance.... View all feedback.
