I camped for a week in the field next to the YHA and was blessed with good weather but the obvious care and dedication of the staff helped make it a very enjoyable week. There is a strong ethos of tidiness so showers, kitchens etc...were all clean and well equipped. I had high hopes after seeing the impressive online menu, but was disappointed to find that the actual menu was quite limited. I decided to try the cheese panini, but was disappointed by the lack of cheese and flavor. The small side salad that came with it was not very substantial either.
