I literally called the restorer to order a big pizza, tried to decide if we wanted something extra and the woman rushed over the phone with the rude tone in her voice. I work the customer service all day and I would never talk to a customer or client as she talked to my friend about the phone, so I canceled him and we went elsewhere. Definitely a damper on my day.
