The donuts are good, but the Kolaches are always disappointing. I was in the other Shipley from the city and her bread is soft and fluffy and the sausage is juicy and tasteful. Every time we try to give them another chance, the colonels are hard and the sausages look over boiled, shaken and dried. The cheese is also very light and almost not even there.
