POOR MANAGEMENT. BAD ATTITUDE. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. Purchased two meals with upgrades, total of $23. One was the Diablo Meal, upgraded with Diablo fries. My daughter, who is an adult, only ate a few bites of the fries before the sauce literally burned her so badly that she had a swollen sore at the end of her tongue.
