Went in to Starbucks for a break while shopping. There was a queue but the staff were efficient and fast. A beautiful latte, pipping hot and just what was needed. The store was clean all tables were cleaned while I was there, and there was good Interaction between staff and customers. A warm welcome. Good place to chill out during a visit to the town centre. 1630 15/10/23.. stood in que and a colleague was walking round behind the desk with a fag hanging out her mouth. The cashier took my order and soon after wiped his visibly snotty nose with his fingertips, he was then about to continue to handle food. I had to tell him to wash his hands. Upon paying and expecting to eat inside, I'm then told there are no plates.. hmmmmm.
