The staff bullies new employees and that's a great way to lose valuable employees. I think management should address this problem as it makes for a tense work environment and stresses employees. When staff huddles and bullies or harasses new employees in spanish it's a work place violation. It's happening and needs to be handled immediately. Nobody likes a bully. View all feedback.
