What CDF likes about North Shore Empress:
I have always enjoyed Northshore Empress. The service has always been impeccable. I was disappointed in our last visit because the service was very slow. It wasn't particularly crowded so I'm not sure why it took so long for our orders. We ordered the eggrolls as an appetizer and they were fantastic. This was my first visit and at lunch (1:00pm). Had Thurs special sweet n sour chicken and Kung Bo Chicken. Generous portions nicely presented. Great quality chicken; however, there was no flavor in the chicken itself. Sweet n sour tasted more like it was right out of the bottle.
