This is the place I always get food from since it's the closest to my home and they have been easy to call and place orders and to make online orders. The waiter in the evening time was not the best. Visited Waffle House on Brown Bridge Rd, Sun, Feb 18, 2024. Wanted fresh, lump-free grits but new management policies don't allow special food requests like re-cooking grits. Disappointed as past visits were flexible with such requests, enhancing the dining experience. This rigid policy undermines customer satisfaction and the quality of a Southern staple.
