We requested a seat inside because it was rather chilly outside. The hostess said they need a few minutes to rearrange some tables(for the 3 of us . After 5min or so they asked if we wanted to sit upstairs on the balcony…which is outside. We said we did not (especially since 80% of the tables inside were available.
