I tried a Po boy for the very first time and it was so delicious. The sauce La Bayou makes to go with the sandwich was so tasty I used it on my sandwich and as a dipping sauce for my fries. Waited for over an hour on a Sunday night. Didn’t get seated till 9:30. Server was great but rest was not great. Except for our server staff was unfriendly and seem like you’re bothering them.
