This is the BEST Veggie Pho I've ever had! The broth is so amazing! If I feel any sniffles or scratch throat I go and get this and it goes away! I just bought the Broth when I had to prep for a colonoscopy and still was amazing. The Tofu Spring Roll are also amazing! The Tofu if prepared perfectly! I drive all the way from NO East! We have visited almost every Pho place in a 200 mile radius. I can't imagine why people have rated this Pho high. It is not quality Pho. The one positive is that the ingredients were fresh but there is apparently very little knowledge about what Pho should actually taste like. It was salty water and that was about it.
