The bartenders really didn't know the menu, but i think they were both fairly new. They were just really good at hospitality and made it work. The manager floated around acting like a manager but he could have had his jacket off and been doing more to help (hence 4 out of 5 stars). My wife and I had dinner. She ordered the fish special which was ok but a bit dry. I ordered the Shrimp Tchefuncte- this dish had good flavor but some of the shrimp still had remnants of shell that hadn’t been removed- and there were only 5 shrimp.
