Been here a few times now as it seems most local Chinese places start off great than simply just fall off- Not Betty’s! Great food and placed an order the day before New Year’s Eve, and got accommodated for New Year’s. The food was ready and waiting right at 4:30 like they promised. Go to Betty’s Pub in Cranston if you like hair in your food. We went for dinner last night, picked our food up….when we returned home there was a hair in my food. I made a call, and the woman who answered told me to bring the food back for my money. I bring it back, and she tells me it’s not her hair, so NO refund!! This is NOT the first time this happened, however things happen…. But gross NEVER again!!!!! View all feedback.
