We went through the drive thru tonight and had exceptional service with Rachel. She was very well mannered and very professional. She bared with us with having a big order and 3 loud kids in the car. She made our food fresh and explained that it is going to be very hot. Explained how the kids toys are to us and explained what was in each bag as she handed us the bags. The worst bk I've ever been to. Terrible service. Terrible food. Out of like 4 pop flavors. No change. Fried ice cold and made in old fryer oil. Burger was cold. Seriously..... how is this place in business?? Straight trash. They obviously just don't care. View all feedback.

They give you what they want to give you and not what you ordered. And the service is very slow...
