It's 6PM. I ordered a sandwich on your website, which says you're open until 7. I also checked Google, which says the same. So when I arrived to get my sandwich, why did you refuse to serve it to me? And why did you refuse to refund me for the money I spent on your website, for a sandwich that you refused to give to me? Your business is awful. I expect my refund.
