Frank's lost a customer over an order of garlic knots. They were missing from our order and when I called to tell them they called me back and told me they wanted thei security video and that they did give me the knots. I spent $80+tip for my pick-up order and am appauled that they would go to such lengths over a minor issue that could have been easily resolved View all feedback.
