We both ordered similar bowls with quinoa and brown rice as the base, topped with roasted veggies as the protein, with a choice of up to 5 options. We selected roasted tomatoes and peppers, cucumber, hemp seeds, onion, and tomatoes. The staff also offered us the opportunity to sample both dressings, so we chose avocado and lime cilantro vinaigrette to take with us.
