it is really hit or miss here! my latte is either amazing, or it is not? and the prizes have risen, so play the game of asking whether my latte will be good or not just it does not seem worth it anymore. the employees are very busy and I am sure that they deal with some rude customers, so the mention of bad lattes simply does not seem fair compared to what they have on a daily walk.
