You know how you get so excited for take out pizza then you get it home and it’s soggy? Not this place!! Lake Martin Pizza was amazing!!! We ordered the margherita pizza and a loaded pizza for take out and it was probably one of the best pizzas I’ve had in ages. Everyone also agreed! Although the atmosphere of the restaurant was great, the pizza itself was maybe a 2.5...super dry (not enough marinara) and although it was dark on the bottom, the crust hadn't been fully cooked through.We would have purchased dessert if they had it available, but after having the pizza, I'm glad we didn't.We added the Parm you see here, but got a build your own with sausage, bacon, and green peppers.
