Ok. I did not know you could get good Viet cuisine at the DFW airport. I just had a Banh Mi Char-Grilled Steak and all was good. Of course, it is twice the cost but that to be expected at the airport. I know good bun and pho and this banh mi is really good. Beats MickD's all day long. Terminal C22. Get you some! What taiwanesetexan doesn't like about Banh Shop:
I went to the one in terminal C across from gate C22. Ordered the veganized pad thai (i.e., hold the egg) with tofu (another $4). Totally overpriced but expected of airport restaurants. Tasted decent enough to keep me from starving on my flight home, but it was excessively greasy. There are a few other veganizable options and a vegan California roll.
