Boy is this place ever a hidden gem! Hands down one of the best Chinese places in Dallas!! Dietary restrictions: He made me a custom chicken dish dish that was gluten and dairy free and it was absolutely stunning! A chicken dish with velveted chicken and a savory and slightly sweet white sauce with broccoli and carrots, that I just can't get enough of. Truly one of the best Chinese places in all of Dallas. What jody el doesn't like about Blue Bambo Chinese:
Terrible food. Would not have fed it to a dog. Got the General Tso's chicken with steamed rice (gave me fried instead) and vegetables (which were ice cold like they'd been in the refrigerator). Menu said $9.99 and card was charged $12.97. The only bright spot was a young man who saw me struggling to get up to go back to the counter...he said he'd get my food too as he got his and he did.
