I wish I could give a better review for the Panera in my neighborhood that I visit frequently, but the service is very inconsistent. A few months ago, I asked for help in determining which items were vegan, and the person ringing me up, who was wearing a manager name tag, couldn't answer my question. On multiple occasions, I have ordered coffee for dine-in and the carafes are cold. Today, I paid extra for blueberries... View all feedback.
I absolutely adore the Cinnamon Crunch Bagel when it's sliced and toasted.
