My experience was great, customer service is great, and this location is close to most of the dealership's on Lemmon. So while your purchasing a car you can stop by Starbucks an purchase a freshly made beverage of your choice, tea or coffee, if you feel like your order is a mistake, Starbucks will correct your purchase/ beverage.
