Your gyro was made with Blackbird Seitan from Philly where you should go when you are in Philadelphia for the best vegan wings and pizzas. The gyro was tastefully not dry. Glad to have vegan options out here but why do they always have to be so expensive? Is there really no way to make delicious vegan food that's accessible?
