To be honest, I wasn't keen on going. My friend suggested getting ice cream at McDonald's after lunch, but I suggested going to Vafflers instead. Two things stood out to me: Vafflers is excellent and the dessert we ordered was faultless. However, I mistakenly thought they only served desserts. I plan on returning to try their savory options. The dish was supposed to have fresh tart blueberries, streaky bacon, and fresh cream, but instead I received a mush of cooked blueberries on a soggy waffle that turned green when I squeezed the orange wedge over it.
