I had a bad experience with the delivery service. Which wasn’t tropical smoothies fault at all. The delivery company kept saying they couldn’t do anything for me. I got a personal call from the owner luke after putting in a complaint through the app and he helped fix the situation even though it wasn’t his fault at all. Tried to call in to cancel an order that was meant to be placed at another location. for some reason this website will randomly choose a store when ive CLEARLY been ordering from the location 5 mins from me.
