best birria tacos in the QC (in my opinion); if I or my friends ever want tacos, this is the first place that comes to mind. I usually get two tacos if I'm not that hungry. Sometimes, the consome has hints of aroma that Vietnamese pho does and I love it. I save leftover consome to add to my broths and it tastes amazing.
