I went to the old El Fogon about 12 years ago, always liked it and decided to try this newer version on a trip to David. This is beautiful and has air conditioning. I had a rib-eye streak, which was tasty and tender by Panama standards. A cup of wine will order you a full pourer! She doesn't sneak.
