I was actually shocked to see all these bad reviews. This location is in a busy spot and always packed so wait times are expected obviously. Despite that, I?ve never had my order wrong. This morning all of the ladies working were very nice, and you could see the drive through line wrapped around, the counter piled with mobile orders, and a customer yelling about their drink. Stood there for 20 minutes after I ordered. Seemed like mass confusion. Tons of people moving around with little output, saw drinks getting dumped. Left after paying, that drink can sit there all day. Worst Starbucks service I've ever had. Taking on more volume than they can handle.
