Had bad experience at the store yesterday. Went by to pickup some fresh yellowtail. Asked them to fillet a whole one from the back to yield approx. two pounds. Young man did so but the one he filleted didn’t yield the two pounds so he threw in a third fillet that was so old it simply fell apart in my hands.
