What User doesn't like about Whataburger:
The lady working the orders (inside) had no clue what she was doing or how to take an order. She left off several items. Once that was corrected, the food that arrived, was missing items, and what we did get was cold. Fries tasted stale. Coffee was ice cold (meant to be hot). We had to ask for our missing items 3 times, and eventually another customer intervened to get my order! Definitely not a good experience. View all feedback.
