I ordered the carnivore sandwich. It was pretty likely the best bbq I ever had anywhere! I live in the south and was in MS, Kentucky, Louisiana, Mississippi, GA, in the right half of the USA and it was amazing. Good news is the brisket was really good great flavor and texture. I ordered my brisket sandwich lean, but none of the fat was cut off so I had to trim it when I got home. The fries look amazing but don't have much flavor. The service and presentation was the downside.
