Would go here now and then. It 's not the most 'trendy ' place in the North West, there are no copycat 'hipster ' waiters with beards serving tobacco onions but the staff are really friendly. Both myself and mum went to Solo for an evening meal as part of the Eat out to help out incentive. I ordered a starter of the toasted cheese and I thought ok if the starter is this good we are in for a lovely meal. Mums dish arrived of the baked cod and she really enjoyed it.
