What User doesn't like about Dunkin':
Education is needed as far as online ordering. What is the point of online ordering if the staff doesn't look at the ticket? I ordered at 9:37am and it was not complete until 10:17am, and this was after I mentioned twice that I had an online order and kept getting skipped. Next time I will wait in line.
