Drive-thru person apologized for it taking so long, we were waiting for 20 minutes with no other cars in the drive thru, thinking cool fresh food we were willing to wait. Our 3 orders of fries were raw. The big Mac that was asked for no pickles and extra cheese (ordered through the app) was given no extra cheese and had pickles. The two double burgers had more mayo than burger. View all feedback.
