Routine veg thali is what we were offered when we asked for Assamese cuisine. There was no provision for a non-veg thali. Nonveg was to be ordered separately from the a-la-carte menu. We were a bit disappointed at that. We asked for duck fry and fish curry. Food was adequate in quantity. It was well-made, served hot and quite tasty. Hostesses repeatedly asked if we needed refills.
