we had placed a sushi order for 12:00. This was the 1st time available. the cafeteria didn't open until 12:00 and we had to wait 30 minutes for our food. It wasn't worth the wait because the sushi falls apart immediately and has little taste. It is also difficult to see the difference between different types of sushi.
