I ate here the other day with a business friend who suggested it. I couldn 't help but remember the hot dog man who 'd had a stroke and was forced to retire. He had purchased a modest cart and set up a half block down and across the street from these people. They went to the city to have this handicapped man removed and he was soon gone.
